Umbrella Design
for B&B Hotels

Aline Tong designed the official umbrella line for B&B Hotels, a growing hotel chain present in cities such as Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Hasselt, Liège, as well as across Europe.

The project consisted of creating a functional yet distinctive design that could extend the brand’s identity into everyday guest experience. The challenge was to translate the visual language of the hotel chain into a simple, recognizable object that would remain consistent across all Belgian and European locations.

What started as a design concept evolved into a tangible element of the brand’s presence, now seen across multiple hotels and cities, subtly accompanying guests in their daily stays.

Seeing the umbrellas in use across different locations highlights how even small, utilitarian objects can become meaningful extensions of a brand’s identity when designed with intention and coherence.
